Our Impact

And the Roles We Play

Our impact in the community spans five distinct areas: 211 resource helpline, nonprofit partnerships, advocacy, innovation and business partnerships. Through the roles we play in each of these areas, we couple strategy and data with compassion, equity and inclusion to fuel lasting change throughout our community.

Our Commitment to Equity & Inclusion

Across each area, equity and inclusion remains at the center of our work, driving our strategies, informing our conversations and guiding us toward our vision of a Greater Twin Cities where all thrive regardless of income, race or place.

Role We Play: Bridge

211 Resource Helpline

Through the 211 resource helpline, we act as a bridge, providing information and resource referrals to neighbors in need. The data we gather also allows us to share insights that help inform how we unite as a community to meet these needs.
