Acooa Ellis is the Senior Vice President for Community Impact where she works to advance systemic change in the Twin Cities in the areas of employment, earnings, housing, and education. Prior to joining the team, she worked for the city of St. Paul and for Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, where she served as director of social justice advocacy. She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy, Social Policy: Community Economic Development from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
