Arise Project

We envision a Greater Twin Cities where all youth, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, have support and resources. We partner with local nonprofits to provide grants for LGBTQ youth experiencing homelessness and raise awareness around the issues faced by the LGBTQ communities in our area.

The Purpose of Arise Project

Arise is an innovator in identifying the needs of LGBTQ youth experiencing homelessness. We’re the only organization creating unique one-of-a-kind grants that empower nonprofits to expand their services and programming equitably for LGBTQ youth. Our volunteer-led steering committee votes on all funds granted to partner nonprofits. Which means each year, your support is invested for the greatest impact by others who share your care and passion for LGBTQ communities.
