Amidst a backdrop of state-wide workforce shortages and widening racial and economic disparities, United Way is advancing pathways that provide all adults the opportunity to enter the workforce prepared for skilled employment and increased wealth building. Learn how our work in Economic Opportunity is disrupting inequities by centering Community Wealth Building principals in workforce development, financial accessibility and entrepreneurship.
