Deluxe and United Way Work Together to Help Communities Thrive

Collaboration Focused on Employee and Community Engagement Powered by Salesforce.org Philanthropy Cloud

(Jan. 17, 2020) – Deluxe is collaborating with United Way to drive employee engagement in communities and at work through the integration of Salesforce.org Philanthropy Cloud, a new corporate giving platform.

Deluxe – and its more than 6,500 employees – has a long history of giving back to the communities it serves through time, talent and donations. By working with Greater Twin Cities United Way, Deluxe is one of the first Minnesota companies to incorporate Salesforce.org Philanthropy Cloud to provide employees with options for their charitable donations.

Salesforce.org Philanthropy Cloud delivers on what’s important to many employees. Statistics show that 65 percent of young professionals are influenced by a company’s actions on important societal issues*. Further, at companies that actively empower their workforce to make a difference, employees are 82 percent more likely to recommend the company as a place to work, 77 percent are more likely to continue working for the company long term, and 72 percent are more likely to increase their engagement at work each day.

Salesforce.org Philanthropy Cloud is a platform that enables employees to make donations to nonprofits, host fundraisers, advocate for causes, receive relevant content based on their interests, connect with others, organize volunteering and track the impact of their charitable efforts throughout their lifetime.
