Tiffany Scott Knox Program Officer, Economic Opportunity

What working in this community means to me: “I am elated to partner with communities in the Greater Twin Cities United Way footprint. For me, it is connecting the dots, building authentic and meaningful relationships, and creating opportunities for all that inspire change.”
Tiffany leads United Way’s economic opportunity portfolio for the community impact team. Her work focuses on investments in career pathways that employ people in jobs with meaningful wages and organizations that partner with individuals to set and meet their financial goals. In addition, she assists with promoting collaboration, equity and the accomplishment of community-driven goals.
Prior to joining United Way, Tiffany worked at LifeSource, American Family Insurance, and HealthPartners holding various positions in human resources, diversity, equity, inclusion, multicultural marketing, and community relations. She received her bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Concordia University and holds a master’s degree in strategic leadership and an MBA from Bethel University.
Tiffany is proud to be a lifelong Minnesotan. She serves on multiple community and nonprofit boards and is a trustee for a college preparatory school in Saint Paul. Outside of work, Tiffany is a Marvel, Yoda and 007 enthusiast as well as a self-proclaimed foodie. She loves to explore the Twin Cities with her two rock-star kids and husband.
