Judy Jordan Vice President of Operations
Inspiration: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts.” — Winston Churchill
What working in this community means to me: “We can accomplish so much more together than as individuals. I am inspired every day by the commitment of those around me to improve the lives of all in our community.”
Judy oversees the operations team, which provides business analytics and operational guidance and support to both the fundraising and community impact grants management efforts. This team also lifts up all of United Way’s fundraising and engagement strategies through support of workplace campaigns within our generous community. Judy has been on the United Way team since 2011.
Judy previously worked at Thomson Reuters, serving in several legal content, quality assurance and management roles during her time there. She is a life-long learner and has received a bachelor’s degree from the College of St. Benedict with a focus on government, a master’s degree in leadership from Augsburg College, a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, and an Information Technology Infrastructure Library certification.
Judy was born and raised in Minnesota and spends her time outside of work with her husband, Mike, and dog, Autumn. You may see her at a Twins game, up on the Gunflint Trail or traveling to Santa Fe, New Mexico in search of spicy food.
