Judy Jordan Vice President of Information Technology & Analytics
Inspiration: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts.” — Winston Churchill
What working in this community means to me: “We can accomplish so much more together than as individuals. I am inspired every day by the commitment of those around me to improve the lives of all in our community.”
Judy oversees the information technology & analytics team, which provides business analytics, technical and business systems guidance and support for the organization. This team enhances our critical community impact and fundraising efforts through the creation and implementation of solutions that enable staff to work efficiently and effectively. Judy has been on the United Way team since 2011.
Judy has extensive experience overseeing operations, leading teams and designing processes that increase productivity. She previously worked at Thomson Reuters, serving in several legal content, quality assurance and management roles during her time there. Judy is a life-long learner and has received a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, a master’s degree in leadership from Augsburg College, a bachelor’s degree from the College of St. Benedict with a focus on government, and an Information Technology Infrastructure Library certification.
Judy and her husband, Mike, call Lakeville home. She gets energy from people, meditation, animals, the Minnesota Twins, traveling the Southwest in search of food made with hatch chiles, the Gunflint Trail, and baking for dogs and humans.
