Jason Rose Senior Donor Advisor
Inspiration: “If I am not for myself, who will be for me? If I am not for others, what am I?
And if not now, when?” — Hillel
What working in this community means to me: “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free … Not yearning to be equal? No, yearning to chart one’s destiny. A local adage states “all [our] children are above average.” The Twin Cities enjoy a robust economy, vibrant volunteerism, philanthropy, arts, sports, and living. But not all can ‘breathe free’ in our community. I gain my energy by helping all people access the tools they require to achieve the lives they yearn for.”
A seasoned fiscal-fitness advocate with experience raising capital and leading marketing initiatives for nonprofits, corporations, and campaigns, Jason builds relationships with individual donors to co-create transformational solutions to our community’s most persistent societal challenges.
He earned a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from University of St Thomas and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kansas. As a member of the board of directors and as a volunteer, Jason has served and continues to serve a wide range of not-for-profit and public service organizations.
Jason lives in St. Louis Park with his wife and children.
