Current Volunteer Opportunities and Events in the Twin Cities

Throughout the year, Greater Twin Cities United Way features different volunteer initiatives to meet the critical needs of our neighbors in the areas of food security, educational success or household stability. Check out our current initiative below.

When We Taste the Flavors of Our Community, We Are Home

We need your help to increase access to culturally specific foods, flavors and spices at local food shelves. Join Flavors of Our Community to assemble culturally specific pantry and spice packs for those experiencing food inequity. Ensuring our neighbors from diverse cultural backgrounds have access to foods that are meaningful and familiar builds inclusion and meets urgent food security needs.
