What Leadership Alliance Does
Leadership Alliance (formerly known as Emerging Leaders) is a community of professionals dedicated to growing tomorrow’s leaders and diversifying leadership in the Twin Cities. We see a future where everyone, regardless of race, place, or economic status, has access to high-quality leadership development opportunities enabling individuals to grow professionally, and creating a more equitable and diverse community of leaders of all ages.
