What Leadership Alliance Does

Leadership Alliance (formerly known as Emerging Leaders) is a community of professionals dedicated to growing tomorrow’s leaders and diversifying leadership in the Twin Cities. We see a future where everyone, regardless of race, place, or economic status, has access to high-quality leadership development opportunities enabling individuals to grow professionally, and creating a more equitable and diverse community of leaders of all ages.

Associate, Coordinator, Specialist, recent graduates, aged 18-24

Mid-Level Professionals:

Manager, Senior Manager, etc.

Leadership Level Professionals:

Director, AVP, SVP, CEO, CFO, COO, etc.

Minimum annual contribution for nonprofit/small business level members $250 $250 $1,000

($500 – membership & $500 – sponsorship of 1 Emerging Leader and 1 Leadership General Assembly member)

Minimum annual contribution for corporate level members $500 $500 $2,000

($1,000 – membership & $1,000 – sponsorship of 1 Emerging Leader and 1 Leadership General Assembly member)
