Community Connection Series – 211

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Join us for our next Community Connection Series virtual conversation about United Way’s 211 Resource Helpline and what the data is telling us about community needs during COVID-19.

United Way 211 is a central resource where people can obtain free and confidential information on a variety of local health and human services. United Way 211’s Community Resource Specialists quickly assess caller needs and refer them to resources and services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, 211 services have been more in demand than ever.

Join us to learn and discuss how we’re tracking community needs before and during COVID-19 using 211 call data, how we’re using this information to quickly adjust our response and recovery strategy, and how we’ll be using the data to inform our future community impact work.
