To help provide immediate support to people impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, Minnesota-based global agribusiness CHS announced it is making a generous donation of $75,000 to Greater Twin Cities United Way to match all donations dollar-for-dollar made to the Greater Twin Cities COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund, up to $75,000.
When the threat of COVID-19 hit, United Way immediately connected with its 95 nonprofit partners to identify the most pressing community needs, which include food, shelter, childcare, sanitary and hygiene supplies, and financial assistance. In response, Greater Twin Cities United Way established the Greater Twin Cities COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund. One hundred percent of donations to the fund go directly into the community.
A global agribusiness owned by farmers, ranchers and cooperatives, CHS has a history of giving and has been a generous Greater Twin Cities United Way partner for more than 18 years.
Now is a critical time when community support and financial resources are urgently needed. Donate now to the Greater Twin Cities COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund and your donation will be matched by CHS. Donate online or text GTCUWCOVID19 to 51555 to give.
