$2,500 Scholarship Open to High School Juniors
New! Please see updated deadline below.
Greater Twin Cities United Way is now accepting applications for a $2,500 educational scholarship.
Created 30 years ago, the Juliet Evans Nelson Scholarship is dedicated to the memory of a young person who worked to make her community a better place. It’s given annually to a high school junior who is making a positive impact through volunteerism.
By accepting the scholarship, the recipient agrees to coordinate a Volunteer United volunteer project(s) with his or her school or community group during the 2017-2018 school year.
Applications must be received or postmarked by Friday, April 21. Contact Mary Whitenack at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (612) 340-7570 with questions.
